It's been a long time since I last wrote something here, I know, and I'm really sorry. Lately there has been so much going on in school, that didn't had much time for anything else than studying. But I promise I will post more and more often in the nearest future.
So for the last few days I have been sick, but when it comes to me it's nothing new, because I'm sick all the time. And I'm no even exaggerating. So I decided to write down few tips for anyone there who is currently strugling with running nose, fever or something equaly pleasure.
1. At first comfy clothes is a must, illness is a perfect time to rock out some pair of leggins, hoodie and warm socks.
2. Also really important is to be warm so blanket and hot tea all the time.
3. Great, now we can move on to entertainment. If you have enough energy to not sleep all day all night (which I sadly had not) feel free to have a little holiday. I, personally, love to use that time for catching up with the tv show that I love (like tvd, pll, carrie diaries, 2 broke girls or supernatural) or start a new one! (there is never enough addiction when it comes to tv shows) like I did, and I don't even know how the first season of American Horror Story has ended so fast ;) If you're not a fan of something that takes so long to watch maybe a movie? Recently, I have watched The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones, We're the Miller and the Intership, the last two were really fun, and the Internship made me want to work for google so badly! When it comes to Mortal Instruments I am aware that it's another series for teen that contains a lot of fantasy and romance, but sorry not sorry, that's the kind of books I love to read in between the real literature( I hope all the MI fans will not kill me, and understand what I meant), besides what's kind of unlikely to happen for me I decided to read the MI series as soon as I finish the books I'm reading now. And that's how we went to the third category in entertainment for one which are books. I have just finished Candance Bushnell Sex & The City, which is like a classic when it comes to lady literutre. (I'm definitely going to do a post about few of the book I have read with a little review, so stay tuned :)
4. Good food! Life looks better when you're eating still warm piece of homemade pear-pie (interested in the recipe? I might post it as well)
5. Did I mentioned hot tea? :) Lots of tea!
6. If you're feeling good enough take a long refreshing bath and change your bedclothes, you'll instantly feel better.
7. Listen to your favourite music.
8. Sleep a lot.
I guess this is it. What are yours tips for getting over illness? Let me know in the coments, xx
Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog :) I hope you feel better soon as well :) Great tips!
